Refund Policy
- BaseBuild by PALS is an at will test exam preparation service where we have curated different test papers in English and Bengali Languages to help exam participants with better understanding of exam patterns and get efficient with the time management.
- If you are at any point unsatisfied with the package you can mail us at info@basebuildmath.com stating your reason for refund. We do not promise you full refund with any reason as stated. However in some cases we might consider initiating a refund. PALS and BaseBuild holds all right regarding refund.
- If you did not get what you paid for we will process all necessary steps to ensure that you receive your service, failing to do so will result a complete refund from PALS and BaseBuild.
